1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 58100 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The 58100 platform is open only to individuals who are aged 18 years of age and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the use of online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 58100 platform. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. 58100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. You must notify 58100 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 58100 account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
58100 platform users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised mechanism to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or interfere with game outcomes or platform systems.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers in a manner that goes against the stipulated terms.
- Disrupting the experience of other users or platform staff.
- Disclosing another user's personal information without consent.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
58100 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily holding funds while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All transactions on the 58100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including local bank transfers and selected digital wallets.
Deposit: Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within a short timeframe, depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. 58100 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification procedures. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. 58100 reserves the right to decline or hold withdrawal requests that appear suspicious.
Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for wagering in accordance with the stipulated requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. 58100 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

58100 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 58100's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited into that account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of game data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Termination
58100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or system abuse.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- User's own request to close their account.
- Compliance with legal requirements or court orders.
Once an account is terminated, any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned to the user after investigation and verification are completed, provided no breach of terms involving those funds has occurred.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 58100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, games, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 58100 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any content without written authorisation.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 58100 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
